If you had a rough day have an airy fluffy something called via al vento. Literally a round, soft life saver. It is a bite of a cloud, so light and delicious. If you're on a diet you'll think you weren't cheating because a little delicate puff of nothingness was there and then gone in less than 60 seconds.
To make a more lasting impression there is a powder sugar coating. On top are varieties such as chocolate, vanilla or just the fluffy dough with sugar. Don't be fooled by their simple innocent look. These are addictive!
